• Be honest and respectful in all interactions with other members.
• Represent yourself truthfully in your photos, profile, and conversations.
• Respect the privacy of other members – do not share their details or photos without consent.
• Communicate openly and clearly about your intentions and boundaries.
• Treat all members with kindness, without harassment, discrimination, or abuse of any kind.
• Attend events with a spirit of positivity, inclusivity, and respect.
• Refrain from any behaviour that could be considered threatening, unsafe, or unlawful.
• Accept that Beyond the Bar reserves the right to remove any member who violates this agreement.

• No Guarantee of Matches: While we provide a platform to connect members, we cannot guarantee that you will find a partner, a specific type of match, or any outcome from using our service.
• User Responsibility: Members are solely responsible for their own interactions and decisions. Beyond the Bar is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from your use of this service, including emotional distress, financial loss, or personal disappointment.
• No Liability for Misrepresentation: We cannot verify the accuracy of any members information. You acknowledge that you are responsible for assessing the suitability and truthfulness of any other member you interact with.
• Service Is Provided “As Is”: This service is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or availability.
• No Professional Advice: Our platform does not provide counselling, legal, or professional advice. For serious personal issues, please consult a qualified professional.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Beyond the Bar be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.
• Acceptance of Risk: By using this service, you accept all risks associated with meeting other members, including emotional distress or disappointment, and agree not to hold Beyond the Bar responsible.

I acknowledge and agree that Beyond the Bar does not guarantee matches and that I am solely responsible for my interactions with other members. 

Members must be 18 years or older.

Members must be single, divorced, or widowed. Married / involved individuals are not eligible.

Members must pass screening, questionnaire, and ID verification.

Membership runs for 12 months from approval date.

Beyond the Bar reserves the right to refuse membership.

Renewal is optional and subject to current pricing.

Membership fee is payable in advance and non-refundable once screening is complete.

Event fees are payable upfront to confirm attendance.

Members must abide by the Code of Conduct.

Beyond the Bar reserves the right to remove members who breach rules.

Members attend events at their own risk.

Beyond the Bar is not responsible for loss, injury, or damages.

Members are responsible for their own transport and safety when meeting others.

Beyond the Bar facilitates introductions but cannot guarantee relationships, compatibility, or outcomes.

We are not liable for the behaviour of members at events or during personal contact.

Membership may be revoked without refund for misconduct or false information.

Beyond the Bar may update these terms at any time.
